whoa, since christmas is coming, i need to diet again and again and again.

so i have my own plan. 1st - swimming. i need to tone my body. bro and i decided to swim 20 laps in one hour. guess what?! i swam 30 laps. ohh swimming is good, it can burns alota calories and it makes me so relax :p

i'll be real busy from now on ! 1st i will be working from 9am - 6pm everyday execpt weekend and i ald plan to go swimming every wednesday after work. thursday will have my yoga class and i wont give up my new lover- golf. i need to improve my skill ! i am the lousiest one for the moment
